Along with the implementation of all the programs adopted by the Ministry of Education and the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, measures will be taken according to the powers conferred by the higher authorities to meet the demand for quality education. Due to the decentralization of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, all services of the institution will be delivered to the doorsteps of the people. All educational institutes (cluster based if needed) should take initiatives to strengthen the educational institutions' manpower through in-house training of creative question papers, digital content creation, IMS, ISAS. All educational institutions will be subject to inspection at least once every three months. The tree planting program has to be strengthened to create green educational institutions.
